The Olight Sigurd is an angled foregrip that’s got a flashlight built in. It uses a built-in battery pack and Olight’s magnetic charging cable.
Features/Specs:
- Fits on picatinny rail
- 290 lumens at regular or 1450 on high
- Momentary or switched
- Buttons on both sides
- IPX4 water resistance
- 2400mAh battery
- 220 grams
The Sigurd is installed by sliding it onto your pic rail and then running a bolt through one of the slots. They give you 2 bolts & lock washers in case you lose one. Some people will install them as far back as possible, others will go to the front for a flush fit (as shown), or just put it where it feels natural for your support hand.
Conclusion: An easy way to get a light on a long gun
For night shooting competitions, predator hunting (where legal), or for clearing the house of things that go bump in the night, it’s a pretty convenient light. The buttons are easy to use, it doesn’t have a million settings to get confused with, and it’ doesn’t add another thing to ‘s pretty slick.
